All the prices of the products found here are fixed so you can be assured that there are no hidden charges for these items.

Can I choose my own design for my full color printing project?
Our in-house designers are just on hand to give suggestions on the possible steps for any improvement when necessary if the client desires to choose his or own design.

How long will it take to get my printed pieces delivered?
Each of the items has different production schedules so you just have to choose which production schedule will work best for your needs.
Usually the standard printed piece takes 24 to 48 hours to prepare so it is likely that your order will be shipped within 3-4 days after submission, for most projects based on the size of the project.
The shipping duration depends on the shipping option that you choose.

What are the shipping options available to me?

In what file format should I submit my work?
Our company accepts PC or Mac file format including tiffs, jpegs, flattened psds, eps and pdfs. We also accept Publisher and Word files.
